HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Designing custom stationery can take anywhere from 6 to 20 weeks. It all depends on how quickly proofs are approved, invoices are paid, and whether you will be getting only invitations or save the dates and day-of items as well.

CAN I PRINT MY OWN INVITATIONS?

In order to ensure that your invitations are of the highest possible quality, I do not release my designs to be printed by outside vendors. I have a carefully curated list of print shops that I outsource foil stamping to. All of my other printing, including letterpress, is done in-house. 

CAN I SOURCE MY OWN MATERIALS?

Referring to the previous question: in order to make sure your invitations are made using the highest quality materials (including but not limited to: ribbon, stamps, wax, and paper), all of the materials used to make your invitations will be sourced from a carefully chosen list of vendors that I have established a close relationship with.

WHY ARE INVITATIONS SO EXPENSIVE?

Not all invitations are expensive. You can easily go to Etsy or Minted and get a template invitation for a fraction of the cost of custom invites (and there's nothing wrong with that). Custom stationery is a luxury that not all wedding budgets allow for. 

When you invest in luxury stationery, you are (hopefully) paying an experienced designer to create your invitation from scratch. Aside from typefaces, all of the design elements in my suites are made for my clients specifically. The watercolor/illustration will not be used for another couple's suite.

Hours of work go into creating a custom suite: sourcing materials, going through the design revisions, communicating back and forth with you, the client, and producing & assembling the suite. 

Luxury stationery isn't for everyone, but I hope that it's for you!

DO YOU HAVE ANY TEMPLATE INVITATIONS?

I don't currently offer template or semi-custom invitation suites, although I am planning on launching a semi=custom collection in the future. Semi-custom invitations will still be edited by me and printed by my chosen vendors. This option is great for brides with smaller budgets, as there will be no design fee and revisions will be minimal, if any.

IS IT CHEAPER IF YOU COPY A DESIGN FROM PINTEREST?

While I am happy to use your pinspiration to guide me in designing your suite, I am not able to copy directly from any other designer.
